  4. Guest must be a Choice Privileges member. This program is free to join and must be done at the time of booking.

  5. Only one room per booking; additional rooms will be offered at the best available rate

  6. Only valid for a maximum of 2 nights; any additional nights will be offered at the best available rate

  7. Not valid for travel agents or internet bookings

  8. Bookings must be made directly with the Quality Hotel Dickson via phone or email

  9. Check-in at 2pm and check-out at 10am

  10. Rates are NETT and not commissionable

  11. All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable

  12. Management’s decision is final
