CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made directly through Booking Button or the Hotel. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation.

refund policy:

Refunds will not be given for any advertised packages, meals, no shows or accommodation that are not utilised

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is at 2pm 

credit card policy:

On arrival a credit card pre-authorisation for the full amount of accommodation plus $50.00 will be required as a security deposit. If you do not have a credit card, cash paying guests will be required to pay the full amount of accommodation plus a $50.00 security bond and provide photo identification

credit card surcharge:

American Express and Diners International cards will incur an additional 2.50% surcharge

Special Request:

Special requests can be made at the time of making a reservation or before check in. Requests for bedding configuration, roll-away beds, cots and specific room numbers can be made. Staff will endeavor to accommodate to all individual hotel guests needs. Special requests are not a 100% guarantee.
